These terms and conditions apply to the services provided by Davo's Tyres & Repairs Ltd ("Davo's", "we", "us" or "our"), based in Winton, Southland. 1. Our services
We supply and fit tyres, balance wheels, repair punctures (including in-house vulcanising), supply alloy and steel wheels, and carry out on-farm and after-hours call-outs and general repairs across the Winton and wider Southland area. The scope of any particular job is agreed with you before work begins.
2. Quotes and pricing
Any quote we provide is based on the information available at the time and the work requested. If additional work or parts are required, we will discuss this with you before proceeding wherever practical. Prices for tyres and parts may change in line with supplier pricing.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept common payment methods; please ask if you have a preferred option.
4. Workmanship and warranty
We take care to carry out all work to a good standard. Tyres and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. If you have any concern about work we have carried out, please contact us promptly so we can put it right.
5. Call-outs and after-hours service
On-farm and after-hours call-outs are provided by arrangement. Additional charges may apply for travel and out-of-hours service; these will be made clear when you book.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to remedying any defective workmanship or, at our option, refunding the cost of the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
